TERMS AND CONDITIONS – KRIMSON BRIDGE

  1. WHO WE ARE

    By using this site or hiring us, you confirm you are 18 years or older, you are a consenting adult performer, and you own 100% rights to all footage, scripts, and personas you provide. We do not edit, write, or publish content involving minors, non-consensual content, or illegal content. We are a licenced adult editor. NDA available on request.
  3. SERVICES AND PRICING
  • Performer Novelization: $5,000 ghost buyout (we ghostwrite, you keep 100% royalties), $2,000 full ownership transfer, $600 co-branded.
  • Studio Catalog to Novel: $2,900 novel, $3,500 novel + audiobook.
  • Video and Audio Editing for Adult Performers: $150 flat, 100% upfront, 48hr turnaround. Includes color correction for dark skin, sound cleanup, and Netflix-style opening titles. For 【entity-OnlyFans¦canonical_name=OnlyFans】, JustForFans, Fansly, ManyVids.
    All prices USD via Stripe/【entity-PayPal¦canonical_name=PayPal】. You keep 100% royalties and platform payouts.
  1. PAYMENT
    Video editing is 100% upfront before editing starts. Novelization and studio catalog require 50% deposit to start, balance on delivery. Work starts after payment clears.
  2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    After full payment, you own final novel, audiobook, edited video, and script. You are responsible for distribution and compliance with 【entity-OnlyFans¦canonical_name=OnlyFans】, JustForFans, and other platform terms. Raw footage remains yours. We retain right to show X-safe before/after stills (no explicit) in portfolio unless you request NDA in writing.
  3. CONFIDENTIALITY
    All footage, scripts, and performer names are private. We never share raw or explicit final without written permission. We are based in Mission, TX, private, no judgment, no outsourcing.
  4. PROHIBITED USE
    You may not use our services for deepfakes without consent, non-consensual content, minors, or illegal content. We will refuse and refund deposit if applicable.
  5. GOVERNING LAW
    These terms are governed by Texas law, Hidalgo County.
